Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-27
These Terms govern your use of Deekly (the “Service”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
Deekly is an online service that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate documents such as educational slide decks (PPT) and consulting reports (Word).
The Service is operated by an individual and provided without a registered business entity. Contact: prismai.support@gmail.com
2. Accounts
You must sign in with an email or Google account to use the Service. Authentication is handled by a third-party provider (Clerk).
You are responsible for your account. Do not share your account or use it fraudulently.
3. Plans and Payment
The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Premium). Prices and usage limits are shown on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller). Payment, invoicing, taxes, and refunds are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies.
Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; see the Refund Policy for details.
4. Notice on AI-Generated Output
Output is generated by AI and may reference web search results. We do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.
You should not rely on the output as-is and must independently verify facts before making important decisions. You are responsible for how you use the output.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You may freely use the documents you generate.
Rights to the Service itself — its software, design, and brand (Deekly) — belong to the operator.
The topics and content you enter are sent to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) to generate output. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to generate illegal or harmful content, to abuse the Service with abnormal automation or excessive requests, or to circumvent usage limits.
Violations may result in restriction or suspension of access without prior notice.
7. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service
The operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as-is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
