Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Deekly subscriptions. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record (the seller), and refunds are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies.

1. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans (Basic, Premium) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops renewal from the next billing date. You keep access for the period already paid through its end date.

2. Nature of Digital Services

This Service is digital content delivered immediately (document generation). The portion corresponding to generations you have already used after payment may not be refundable.

3. Refund Criteria

If you request within 7 days of payment and have not used any generations in that billing period, you may request a full refund.

If you have used some generations, we will review a partial refund based on your usage.

If a service error prevented you from receiving valid output, we will actively support a refund or regeneration.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email prismai.support@gmail.com with your account email and payment details, and we will process it. You may also inquire via your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
