Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address (and basic profile from Google if you sign in with Google). Authentication is handled by Clerk.

Usage data: generation history, usage counts, token/search usage, and estimated cost — logs needed to operate the Service.

Payment data: card and payment-method details are handled by Lemon Squeezy. The operator does not store card information.

To provide the Service (document generation), manage usage limits, handle payments and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve quality.

The topics and content you enter are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) via its API to generate output. Web search may be used during generation.

Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information.

We use the following services to operate: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data storage), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and Anthropic (AI processing).

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

These providers' servers may be located outside the Republic of Korea (e.g., the United States), so your information may be stored and processed abroad.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and delete it without undue delay once the purpose is fulfilled or upon your deletion request, except where law requires retention.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Send requests to prismai.support@gmail.com.

Session cookies from the authentication provider (Clerk) are used to keep you signed in.
